Statement of Need

Discover how the latest breakthroughs in folate receptor alpha (FRα)-targeted antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) are redefining what’s possible with biomarker-driven therapy! From landmark clinical findings to promising next-generation ADCs, new treatment opportunities are expanding care across the entire FRα biomarker continuum. Join renowned expert faculty as they unpack the latest clinical evidence, share practical pearls for biomarker testing and treatment sequencing, and provide evidence-based strategies for toxicity management that can be immediately applied to deliver more personalized care for patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (PROC).

In this CE Concepts live symposium, expert faculty will review the latest clinical evidence for integrating FRα testing into treatment decision-making as well as practical strategies for selecting and sequencing FRα-targeted ADCs, including anticipating and managing toxicities, to deliver personalized, multidisciplinary care with greater confidence in the rapidly evolving PROC treatment landscape.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to better:

  • Select an ADC therapy for patients with PROC based on FRα expression
  • Evaluate current clinical evidence supporting FRα-targeted therapy in the management of PROC
  • Apply current treatment sequencing principles to optimize therapeutic decision-making for patients with PROC
  • Apply a standardized monitoring and escalation protocol to manage FRα-targeted ADC toxicity in patients with PROC

Financial Support

This activity is supported by an educational grant from Genmab.
