Patients with HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer (MBC) who receive antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) may experience a spectrum of adverse events (AEs) that can lower their quality of life (QoL). Patients and caregivers rely on their care team to mitigate the risks for or management of side effects from these emerging therapies.
